Jennifer's Reading List

Now that the novel is out the door, Jennifer is reading too many books. She says, "For possibly the first time in my life, I am reading six books at once. This is insanity." What's on the list?

Here's what Jennifer is reading these days: Flannery by Brad Gooch, Lady's Hands, Lion's Heart: A Midwife's Saga by Carol Leonard, A Long Way Gone by Ishmael Beah, Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, Everything Ravaged, Everything Burned by Wells Tower and Nursing Mother, Working Mother by Gale Pryor and Kathleen Huggins.

A book Jennifer is excited to add to the stack: Mindy Friddle's Secret Keepers. "I loved The Garden Angel and I cannot wait to get my hands on this book! This is one Southern fiction novel I will be picking up the day it comes out." (St. Martin's Press April 27, 2009.)
